One of America's greatest writers, really he is, this book of recollections shines a really casts a gorgeous hue over a long, well, lived life. Starting in Manhattan, where all exciting  childhoods begin, and spanning over fifty years to try and explain, 'Who is this guy?' This is a nice hardback copy with little to some reading wear.
