Hands down, best memoir about art, music, writing, poetry, Manhattan, young love, Coney Island, all of it. Like her heroes, Rimbaud, Baudelaire, etc., Patti Smith stands alone in the pantheon of important writing. A ‘pretty good shape’ copy of this modern classic, *used copy, little scratched up but the writing is untouched.
