The Potlikker Papers, Food History of the American South - John T. Edge

I read on the back that Edge's book is the best of 'foodways scholarship' and now I'm going to use that forever. Just one of those great books that merges food, history, modern race relations based on ingrained, generational bias, no big whoop. This is a like new copy.
