Austerlitz - W.G. Sebald

It's some kind of fantastic, one of the best, most eloquently written stories about what happens when the war is over, and the lasting effect of conflict on human beings. Sure, sometimes I had to stop reading, put the book down and think hard about what I had just read, because Sebald is not playing for beginners here. This is some serios sh*t here, like poem of a story. Heartbreaking in its scope.
