Black Elk Speaks - (as told to) John

Get it Black Elk! The life story of one of the most important medicine men of the Oglala Sioux. His teachings were recorded by Neihardt, translated by his son Ben Black Elk and released to the world, creating an interest in Native culture, even by Mr. Carl Jung who suggested the German translation. It’s that important. Remembering too that Black Elk was at Wounded Knee so he witnessed some pretty horrible things, and he kept going, just like Native People always do. Nice, gently worn copy.
