Foer uses his immense storytelling powers, as well as the occasion of the birth of his son to examine his own dietary practices. He takes a journalistic approach to who/what/where/and how meat is delivered to our tables. I remember it's publication in 2009, it caused a bit of a ... discussion, one that we're all still having.
