Night and Day - Virginia Woolf
What do you think would happen to our minds if we could step back into, say Edwardian times in a London coffee house? Would our minds explode? Sometimes I get a peek of that feeling when reading Virginia Woolf who has the uncanny ability to make you feel like you are actually there. I don't know how she did it, but she did and here's another lovely novel from her - Night and Day first published in 1919 and set in that ever so meticulously detailed, Edwardian London. *This book has a 'fade line' on the right edge. The book is solid, the fade line remains.
