Oui! Tartine, you had us at 'French inspired pastry', and more... I remember standing in (a very long) line outside the bakery on Guerrero St. when I lived in SF. Worth every penny and I long for those times when such fresh bread and pastry were nearby. Here, you can establish your own home bakery. *pretty like new copy, it's that puffy kind of cookbook, which honestly don't wear very well if you're not careful. And these dopamine hit photos? Killer.
