Great, great, great storytelling here, naturally, as it won the Booker Prize, first American writer to do so.  I love this book, and I love Paul Beatty, as does everyone who reads him, or a significant majority. This one takes place in and around the outskirts of DTLA and focuses on race relations. Did I mention it won the Man Booker? Gently read.
