One of our favorite favorite writers, the Great Mr. Fante, a kind of literary mentor to Bukowski, so there you go. Bandini remains one of the great characters of Los Angeles lore, weaving his way in and out of downtown Los Angeles before it was DTLA, if you know what I mean. Good solid copy.
